Book your session:
Sessions begin every ten minutes — so there's almost always a time that fits your day.
01 Choose your time
Our practitioner welcomes a new guest every ten minutes through the afternoon. Pick any open start time online and book it in a moment. Prefer to walk in? Scan the code at the entrance to see whether a chair is free right now.
02 Arrive and check in
Come a few minutes before your time. Step into the quiet of the entrance, check yourself in on the iPad, and make your way through to an open chair when you're ready. First visit? Arrive ten minutes early for a practitioner consult.
03 Settle and receive
Take a zero-gravity chair and get comfortable — you stay fully clothed. Your practitioner places a few fine needles and leaves you to rest. Earplugs and blankets are there if you'd like them.
04 Rest, then carry on
Relax for forty-five minutes to an hour while the treatment settles. When you're ready, the needles come out and you head back into your day. Come once, or make it a weekly habit — most people feel the difference when they do.
05 A note on changes
Please give us twenty-four hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $25 late-change fee, since that chair was held for you.
06 A note on access
The Studio is on the second floor and reached by a flight of stairs. We don't currently have an elevator, so the space isn't a good fit for guests with mobility limitations.
In Good Hands.
